Purchases & Refunds

Our refund policy follows the guidelines of the platform through which you made your purchase (Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Nintendo eShop, etc.).

General Refund Guidelines:
  • Digital purchases are typically eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you've played less than 2 hours
  • Pre-orders can usually be refunded at any time before the game's release
  • DLC, in-game purchases, and season passes may have different refund policies
  • Physical copies must be returned to the retailer where purchased
